[texhax] shifting the typeblock up in Memoir template

Hello, it's me again. Hopefully this could be the last time I bother
the list for a while.

The typeblock created with the template below is fine as far as its
size is concerned, but it is too low on the page. It starts very close
to the bottom edge of the sheet, leaving too much white space at the
top. What is the way to leave every other parameter as is but just
shift the whole typeblock 1 or 2 cm up? I *am* reading the memoir
manual right now, but frankly all the options I've found so far seem
to do more than that.
