In theory, it's possible.  I believe there have been several attempts  
to do this, with varying success.  Google for 'sagetex.sty', and you  
should get some pointers.  This .sty file has TeX commands to let you  
run a system command ('sage') to produce output based on what's in  
the .tex file.
