http://www.tug.org/applications/tex4ht/), you might also find Eitan's
intro article useful.  E.g., see the table on the first page of
http://tug.org/TUGboat/Articles/tb25-1/gurari.pdf

Running 
  htlatex foo.tex 
will convert a straightforward latex file foo.tex to foo.html.
