[texhax] protext 2.1 available

MiKTeX 2.7 was released a few weeks ago, and is available from miktex.org.
The main new feature is the availability of XeTeX
(http://scripts.sil.org/xetex).

Thomas Feuerstack has now made an updated proTeXt 2.1 based on MiKTeX 2.7.
It's available from CTAN mirrors at
http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/windows/protext.  The proTeXt home page
is http://tug.org/protext.
