[texhax] Resolving conflicts (algorithm2e and listings)

I'm using both the algorithm2e and listings packages for a document.  I'm 
getting an error because both packages define the command, \@makecaption
(the error involves the line \newcommand{\@makecaption}[2]{\relax}). 
Neither package mentions this conflict; is there an easy fix without 
having to hack one of the two package's style files?
