[texhax] le vs leq and \ZZ vs \Z

Wow,

thanks for all the great answers.  I completely neglected the issue of
making my macros easily accessible to somebody else.  (I guess, that's a
quite common blind spot.)  I'll go with \ZZ and \leq.
