[texhax] the current section in \leftmark

Hi folks,

Have a look at the attached text document, and in particular page 6.
The header talks about section 1.2, but that only starts on this
page. Would it not make a whole lot more sense to have in the header
the section with which the page starts, i.e. the previous section?

How can I make LaTeX do that?
