[texhax] how to prepare journal in LaTeX

Hello TeX Team,

I am S.Kanthi kiran working as an Assistant Professor in an engineering
college. We have conducted an international seminar, I have with all the
papers in LaTex.

I want to prepare proceedings in latex as a journal. Please help me to
prepare a Journal with all the papers in LaTex, give me if possible a
template.
