[texhax] Put a . after the section number

LaTeX has 

    \def\@seccntformat#1{\csname the#1\endcsname\quad}

and you could change it into 

    \def\@seccntformat#1{\csname the#1\endcsname.\quad}

-- so much for the section heading in main text, vs. TOC!?
