[texhax] remove the color boxes from hyperlinks...

indeed:

\fancyfoot[R]{\slshape {\thepage~of~\pageref{LastPage}}}\setcounter{page}{1}

I have no use for the hyperlink in \pageref{LastPage}

I used \hypersetup{pdfborder=0 0 0} and it does hide the fact that
URL are hyperlinks too.  Maybe the reader will notice they can
click when they cut and paste, or not. :)
