[texhax] Replacing MiKTeX with TeX Live 2011

Hmmm.  The installer I used was from install-tl-20110810, so I must have
some vestige of an earlier installation.  I explicitly un-installed MiKTeX
2.9, but maybe something got left behind.

Anyone know a way to ensure a clean Windows installation?
