[texhax] Suppressing endnote numbers

I think so, but do you really want that readers just 
have to guess to which lines and pages the endnotes refer? 
E.g., the reader must try if all the notes refer to the same 
last line of the text, or to the same first line of the text, 
or they really refer to different lines, but to which ones? ...

The edmargin package (http://ctan.org/pkg/edmargin) 
would place the note number in the margin, 
I think this could be more helpful.
