[texhax] I desperately need help on a LaTex graphic problem

This sounds to me like a printer problem.
Some printers resp. the printer drivers do funny thing when it comes to 
printing real postscript or pdf based on postscript.
Try if you can set in the printer settings to print in an "image mode" 
instead of postscript, this might reduce quality however, pictures might 
be correct.
Try another printer and check whether your printer drivers are correct 
for the printer you chooses to print.
Which operating system do you use ?
Try different combinations of OS, drivers and printers if possible.
