Reinhard,

Sorry if I wasn't clear.  I need to be able to get a JPEG preview as well as
a final PDF document.  Of course, the JPEG preview should look like the
final PDF, within the bounds of what the resolution can support.  I just
want to be able to get the JPEG from the same source file.
