[texhax] \include{Chapter1} does not work

I think you don't grasp what is intended.

\includeonly{Chapter1} means to include only chapter1.tex as input 
when typesetting the document, skipping any other input files that 
might be given by \include commands. TeX/LaTeX reads .tex files as 
input, it does not generate them as output!!!!!
