[texhax] About a Letter

Greetings,

I am writing a letter and I plan to submit it to a local letter writing
contest. I am using TeXLive and LuaTeX on a Linux box and have a few
questions on how to achieve some formatting required by the contest.
The contest page says that digitally submitted letters must be in Times
New Roman font, with 12pt and 1,5 line spacing.

1. I am using the document class "letter" with the options
12pt and letterpaper. However, I want to make a title page for my
submission as well. How should I go about doing this?

2. How do I set font to "Times New Roman"?

3. Am I correct in using the package setspace and the command
\onehalfspacing to set 1,5 line spacing?
