[texhax] latex compiler has problems with \begin{Soutput}

I've asked for a full example, because

http://svn.r-project.org/R/trunk/share/texmf/tex/latex/Sweave.sty

does not mention any corlors.

So the problem is either from the Sweave process itself or somewhere 
else in the document
