[texhax] Using LuLu

I have printed pdfLaTeX generated documents with Lulu.com. I have used 
the koma book class and a5 sized paper. Covers was created subsequently 
from the specifications generated by lulu.com during the upload of the 
book contents. The documents contains lots of screen shots and several 
diagrams generated with TikZ. The main font I used was TeX Gyre Heros. I 
have never needed to perform any tweeks or special configuration to 
accomodate Lulu.com.
