[texhax] MikTeX

[SIAM Book Review]

To TeX Expert,

I installed MikTeX last year, and usually it worked out ok.  But today I
have had really difficult to open the TeXworks.

I uninstalled the MikTeX from my computer, and re-installed the new MikTeX
from it's website.  But I still cannot open the TeXworks.

I used to have PCtex on my old Thinkpad, but it died last year.  After I
got this new Lenovo IdeaPad, I was told that PCtex is no longer available.

I really appreciate if someone can help me to solve this problem.
