I'm so sorry Will. Not that my sympathies mean anything, but I really am
sorry. His email compounded a general feeling I've had lately so
unfortunately touched a nerve in me yesterday. (Bizarre inappropriate
nonsense.)

I think it's very generous of you to donate your time and effort to help
people on support lists. His criticisms/complaints were just plain off.
Hooray to you for staying above the fray.
