That was going to be my next course of action. However, I am running
short of time so I am just going to stick with the MiKTeX package that
I have used in the past, although I am wondering if the 64bit MiKTeX
and the 32bit TeXstudio are compatible. I cannot find a definitive
answer anywhere.
I will continue to explore why there is apparently no 64bit proTeXT
available. It is not like 64bit computing just appeared on the scene in
the last year. I honestly feel that 32 bit machines will go the way of
the dinosaur and very soon too. I was reading an article just last
month that several computer makers are considering either eliminating
them or cutting back on their production sharply to save cost.
