    Please rename the file install-tl into the name install-tl.sh

Thanks for the suggestion, but we will not do that.  The simple name
"install-tl" is better because it does not specify the language.  (And
along those lines, it would be install-tl.pl, not .sh. :)

As a practical matter, the name is everywhere in the documentation and
web pages, and changing it would be a huge, confusing, hassle.  It was
trouble and buggy enough to change install-tl.bat, as you saw:

    and rewrite autorun.inf as follows
    [autorun]
    OPEN=install-tl-windows.bat

Yes, that was a bug.  Fixed in the sources for the next time theimage is
built.
