[texhax] broken link

I apologize to any who might be offended if I now become
didactic.

Just for the record, outside the world of typesetting
URLs are not allowed to contain white space.

If one wants the appearance of a blank space in a URL the
ASCII space character (point 32, hex 20) may be URL-encoded
(within a URL) as "%20". (Some publishers IMO make far too
much use of this construction.)

And, of course, there are LaTeX packages, as well as TeX
styles, that attempt to be "smart" about breaking URLs when
typesetting them.

A reader viewing a line-broken typeset URL or a URL with
obvious spaces cannot be sure what the underlying actual URL
is.
