[texhax] Graphics with Lyx.

I've just tested lyx and included a pdf graphics file. I
"exported" to .tex and the resulting file had

\includegraphics{filename}

with no extension so lyx isn't converting to png. If the
resulting tex file is processed by pdflatex it will use
filename.png if it's available so perhaps there is a poor
quality .png file in the same directory. Remove it and
re-process.

It's a front-end to LaTeX et al with a gui for users who
need it.
