Perfect, thanks for the quick response.
Just to make sure: shall I put anywhere in the book (pdf, not tex sources)
any reference to a licence ?

Also, as my book is about poker I use some card suits symbols from txfonts.
Is that ok for commercial use ? In general: how to distinguish a free font
from one with limitations in commercial use ?
