[texhax] babelbib.pdf appears to be a threat

My ESET Cyber Security Pro objected to a backup file of:

/usr/local/texlive/2014/texmf-dist/doc/bibtex/babelbib/babelbib.pdf

I tried to download the original

http://mirrors.ctan.org/biblio/bibtex/contrib/babelbib/babelbib.pdf

and it was cleaned by ESET, ruining the PDF (it would not open).

Downloading the original from

http://mirrors.ctan.org/biblio/bibtex/contrib/babelbib/babelbib.pdf

by wget fails (goes into an infinite loop) because the file is
considered by ESET Cyber Security Pro to be a threat:
"PDF/Phishing.A.Gen trojan".

http://mirrors.ctan.org/biblio/bibtex/contrib/babelbib/

does not seem to provide the LaTeX source code for
babelbib.pdf.

I have told ESET, but it seems prudent to warn you folks too.

As a tug member I have the TeX Collection 2018, but it fails to read
on my new CD reader. The CD reader is happy with a movie DVD. So I
could not confirm that this file is on the DVD.
