Embedded Fonts

The publisher says that my problem arises from the T3 fonts because they are not embedded.     I do not know anything about T3 fonts or why they show up.   Is there some way I can specifiy the fonts and perhaps restrict the fonts to only Arial or Helvetica or some other common font that well known?    Any thoughts you have will be greatly appreciated.
In case it may help, here is the front matter I am using:  Maybe there is something wrong in it.
