I ran the IP's supplied to me by those unable to access my site. I
discovered that they are being blacklisted. SEE:
https://www.ipvoid.com/ip-blacklist-check/ My server uses SpamHaus, and
apparently, it is blocking those IPs. There is not much I can do about it
except for disabling it, and I am not about to do that.

I apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused anyone.
