[tldoc] updates by Monday?

I'd like to ask to have the TeX Live translation updates in by Monday
(August 4), if at all possible.  I know there were a lot of changes this
year, but it is time for this to finally get the door ...

If it goes much beyond that, we can at least provide doc updates after
the release that users can easily get from the Internet, using the
dynamic package system that is the principal new feature this year.
