Ehh, well. The double-accented character is now OK, but H\`an ... Th\`anh
displays in all .html translations \'r instead of \`a :(
pdf versions are OK.
That's very annoying, but we're going to have to live with it. I don't
want to push another tex4ht update. I'll report it to Eitan, though.
