Personally I agree with Joachim is not that every package author
should be cobbling together makefiles/batchfiles etc, but rather
should be an agreed `tds registrary' file which really just needs to
list the target pathnames in an agreed syntax (any syntax will do, so
long as its agreed) Then a single script just needs to be ported to
the different systems which can install/uninstall any TDS compliant
package (with a bit of luck)
