I see, however, that the dates of the files [in pub] are Nov 15. Please get 0.999 from ftp.cs.umb.edu:/private/tex, rather than /pub/tex. I withdrew the thing from pub/ because of the problems people found. As far as I know the 0.999 in /private is what should be printed in TUGboat. If you find any typos or whatever, please let me know. Thanks.
