Sorry, I missed that the first time.
This is definitely the code I added to set the maths font, but I 
haven't exactly traced the problem. It's weird that it changes 
depending which font you choose --- for example, if you choose Lucida 
Grande, you *do* get a \Gamma.

Stayed tuned. I'll update it today.
