[XeTeX] fontspec 1.5a

Hello

As promised, I've made some changes to fontspec that -should- make 
maths work properly again. If those of you who use the various maths 
packages could report any subsequent problems, I'd be much obliged.

PS Are there only four choices for maths in XeTeX? Computer Modern, 
Euler, Lucida, and MathTime?
