[XeTeX] Pipe error where there had been none...

It is difficult to know what the problem is as I have updated both TeXShop and XeTeX. On a whim, I typeset the Skia.tex document. The contents of the console:

This is XeTeXk, Version 3.14159-2.1-0.85 (Web2C 7.5.2)
 %&-line parsing enabled.
entering extended mode
(./Skia.tex

Be patient...this file instantiates the Skia font
 at 224 different width/weight combinations.
Making the PDF file takes a while!
