Thought so but I wondered if it came with some of the Adobe apps.  
Even there, I never updated to the CS editions.

Thanks, that was the difference!

PS: Will, it would be handy if you put the line

%!TEX encoding = UTF-8 Unicode

as the second line. I don't use UTF-8 as my default so non-ascii  
characters (e.g. ‹) get messed up. Still compiles fine but looks a  
bit strange.
