Meaning, in practice, never use a file name containing spaces with  
LaTeX. XeTeX, as with the most recent versions of TeX, can process a  
file with name "Greece paper.tex". But with LaTeX (namely when using  
the LaTeX format in TeX or XeTeX), it will want to write and read  
auxiliary files, with extension .aux, .ind, .idx and so forth.  
Because reading and writing these files will be done through TeX  
command sequences, dealing with spaces in these file names will fail:  
as Ross pointed out, LaTeX will want to write and read Greece.aux  
instead of "Greece paper.aux", and so forth. And this will occur at  
\begin{document}, hence the message you're seeing.
