[XeTeX] Newbie Alert: EPS to PDF question

Howdy,

Ooops... must have been the leading [-no]... that threw me off :-(.  
By the way, it appears that the default is -shell-escape since I  
didn't need to add that to my xelatex engine and it still was able to  
process pdftricks \write18 commands.
