[XeTeX] fontspec-example.ltx on TL 20070128

Additional information:

I narrowed it down to:

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{fontspec}
\setmainfont{Lucida Sans}
\setmonofont{Lucida Sans Typewriter}

\begin{document}

The \texttt{fontspec} package.

\end{document}

Either my "Lucida Sans Typewriter" is broken, or something is happening 
on the way.
It says:
Version 18. July 1999, 1.10 (JAVA)

If I use DejaVu Sans (Mono) everything is fine.
