  The gmtrXXXX fonts from the cbgreek bundle contains these symbols. I am not sure if it does meet
  your needs. The attached PDF shows all the available glyphs. Note this is a Type 1 fonts
  automatically generated from METAFONT sources, but it can be trasnformed to OpenType
  easily with FontForge.

  Does anyone  have a recommended font for metrical sorts to indicate vowel quantities, such as on the attached page?  (I would need the full range, including 'double short over long' etc., and most of them also have to be available as 'accents' above letters as well as free-standing characters, sometimes in combination with ordinary accents such as acute, though I can fiddle if necessary to achieve that sort of complication.)
