[XeTeX] Updating XeTeX (plain) for PS Tricks

As far as I understand it, you can just replace the xdvipdfmx binary  
in TL with the one from Akira's package. (Obviously, keep the old one  
somewhere just in case!)

Not speaking from experience, as I'm not on Windows, but I'd think  
it's worth trying....
