[XeTeX] problems with fontspec and german sharp s ligature

1. Never use inputenc with xelatex. If your document is 8-bit-encoded
and contains non-ASCII-chars use 
\XeTeXinputencoding latin1


2. Load xunicode after fontspec, or easier load only xltxtra. It will
load the other package in the correct order:

\usepackage{xltxtra}
