[XeTeX] wrong uccode of ß

This is Unicode 5.1, from some days ago. The first fonts with that  
new glyph might be available at Christmas (year unknown) …

Anyway, LaTeX does similiar mistakes, i.e., the \uppercase{} does not  
work correctly. You should report that bug (http://www.latex- 
project.org/cgi-bin/ltxbugs2html?introduction=yes).
