[XeTeX] PDF properties like title, author and keywords

OK, this works *somehow* with TeX Live 2008. It seems, from the  
console's "** WARNING ** Failed to convert input string to UTF16..."  
that it's better to keep the source completely in UTF-16 ... "Title:	 
Gr\303e" does not tell the option's intention.
