[XeTeX] compile xetex

There are indeed some source files missing. In an old saved LOG of a  
XeTeX compilation I found:

Maybe an SVN update will fetch the missing files ... The source files  
to build the libraries are outside the Work branch, in .../xetex/libs  
(or texk or texmf). The Work branch is every time removed when you  
invoke the build-xetex script, and then rebuilt, separated from the  
sources.
