[XeTeX] includegraphics and pdf

Must be a problem with the version of the LaTeX packages involved,  
probably pdfpages. Here, using a beta MacTeX-2008 from August 2 (a TeX  
distribution for the Mac based on TeXLive-2008), I'm getting no error.

In case your TeX distro is based on TeXlive-2007, that would explain  
the problem: pdfpages has been added XeTeX support (driver file  
ppxetex.def) relatively recently, a few months ago IIRC.
