[XeTeX] problem with hyphenchar and scrartcl

Today miktex updated the binaries and I now have xdvipdfmx-0.7.3 svn 811
too. But the font 
C:/UFlocaltexmf/fonts/opentype/LinLibertineFont/LinLibertine_Re-2.9.9c.otf
still leads to a crash with xdvipdfmx.

The log file of the xelatex run shows the message:
Error -1073741819 (driver return code) generating output;
file test-xetex.pdf may not be valid.
 
xdvipdfmx itself give with option -vv the following message before the
crash:

<FONTMAP:dvipdfm.map><FONTMAP:cid-x.map>DVI Comment:  XeTeX output
