[XeTeX] Ligatures not working using Utopia

Hi,

I use MiKTex 2.7 on Windows XP, which comes with the Utopia Type1 font.

With pdflatex, the ligatures for fi and fl get used, with xelatex they
are not used.

The attachment to this e-mail contains two minimalistic example files
which demonstrate the problem for xelatex and (for comparison) the
correct behavior for pdflatex.  The generaded PDFs are also included.
