[XeTeX] cbgreek fonts

[Apostolos Syropoulos]

I am working on an OpenType font based on the CB fonts. The regular shape
is almost ready and the  italic shape is 80% completed. If you like I can
send you these files to see whether you get the same behavior. Note that
the cm-unicode fonts were created 100% mechanically.
