[XeTeX] Could not load both Bold and BoldItalic.

My (current) XeTeX/xdvidpfmx handles Type1 font fine. 

E.g. 
\documentclass[10pt,a4paper]{book}
\usepackage{xltxtra}
\setmainfont[Mapping=tex-text]{Utopia-Regular}

\begin{document}
abcäöß
\end{document}

use the font C:/Programme/MiKTeX2.7/fonts/type1/adobe/utopia/putr8a.pfb

Also Andrea has only problems with some shapes and not with the main
font itself.
